In a letter to CJI, 5th class girls hail SC’s step against coronavirus, gets a reply

In the middle of the debate, whether the decision of the center to give coronavirus vaccine above 18 years was activated by the Supreme court’s current remarks on the vaccine policy. Kerala’s 5th class student has written a letter to NV Ramana hailing the top court for its useful intervention and saving people’s lives to fight against coronavirus.

Lidwina Joseph, who is 10 years old girl got a response from the Chief Justice of India. She wrote heartwarming judge illustrations at work and beautiful letters in her drawing and got the gift of the Indian Constitution signed copy.

CJI wrote back to the girl that he received their letter with a heartwarming judge illustration at work. He is impressed with the method that she maintains a track record of what happening in the country and the concern that she displayed for the people well being in the wake of coronavirus.

Kendriya Vidyalaya student at Thrissur included in her letter a drawing representing a duties discharge by the apex court where a judge is watch hammering down pandemic and has a national emblem, tricolor, and smiling father’s portrait of the nation.

Joseph wrote to CJI Ramana that she was concerned regarding the deaths in Delhi and other parts of the country because of a pandemic. From the newspaper, she knows that the honorable court has effectively stepped in the sufferings and people’s death in a fight with coronavirus.

She feels proud and happy that the court has moved orders for oxygen supply and saved several lives. She knows that the court has taken effective steps in leading down the coronavirus and death rate in the country particularly in Delhi. She thanks you for this and feel happy and proud.

On Monday, PM announced that the central government will give free Covid-19 vaccine to states for vaccination of above the age of 18 from 21 June.

According to the news report,  Pinarayi Vijayan who is the chief minister of Kerala thanked the center for it. As per some reports, the center has taken decision-making procedure and groundwork before the remarks of the apex court.

Some days before, PM announced free coronavirus vaccination for all above 18 years from 21 June, on 31 May the order of Supreme Court was uploaded 2 days after the hearing. And, asked the center to analyze the vaccination policy and also saying it was the prima facie irrational and arbitrary for allowing private hospitals and states to charge for the people of age group between 18 and 44 for the Jabs.
